(3) Non-residential, other 1 or 2 <br /> <br />Area and Content. A single idenZification sign, <br />not exceeding nine square feet in area and in- <br />dicating only the name and address of the building, <br />shall be permitted. On a corner lot, two such <br />signs, one facing each street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />Projection. No sign shall project beyond the pro- <br />perty line into the public way. <br /> <br />Height.
