(3) Non-residential, other 1 or 2 <br /> <br />Area and Content. A single idenZification sign, <br />not exceeding nine square feet in area and in- <br />dicating only the name and address of the building, <br />shall be permitted. On a corner lot, two such <br />signs, one facing each street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />Projection. No sign shall project beyond the pro- <br />perty line into the public way. <br /> <br />Height. No sign shall project higher than one story <br />or fifteen feet above curb level, whichever is lo~,~er. <br /> <br />(4) Residential: <br /> <br />Area and Content. There shall be not more than one <br />nameplate, not exceeding one square foot in area for <br />each dwelling unit, indicating the name or address <br />of the occupant or of a permitted home occupation. <br />On a corner lot, two such nameplates, one facing each <br />street, shall be permitted for each dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Projection. No sign shall project beyond the pro- <br />perty line into the public way. <br /> <br />Ca <br /> <br />Height.
