(2.2) <br /> <br />(3.1) <br /> <br />(4.1) <br /> <br />Upon application, a special exception to <br />the requirements specified in subparagraph <br />(2.1) of subsectio~ (a) may be granted pur- <br />suant to the procedure outlined in sub- <br />paragraph (1.2) of subsection (a). <br /> <br />Setbacks of a newly constructed building <br />from property lines of a specific lot or <br />parcel shall be in accordance ~ith the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />Front Yard: <br /> <br />None, except when one or more <br />abutting properties have front <br />yards, a setback shall be re- <br />quired ecual to the average <br />of abutting properties. <br /> <br />Side Yard: <br /> <br />None required, but where a side <br />yard is provided, it shall be not <br />less than five (5) feet. <br /> <br />Rear Yard: <br /> <br />Not less than t%~Tenty (20) feet <br />in depth or one-fifth (1/5) of <br />the l~ngth of the lot, whichever <br />is less. <br /> <br />Off-street automobile parking. <br /> <br />Use of Buildings: Minimum Humber of Parking Spaces: <br /> <br />Townhouses, apart- <br />ments and multi- <br />family structure <br />containing more <br />than (4) dwelling <br />units <br /> <br />1.25 spaces for each dwelling <br />unit <br /> <br />Hotels, motels <br /> <br />! space for each of first 20 <br />sleeping rooms, plus 1 space <br />for each 4 rooms over 20 <br /> <br />Office or profes- <br />sional buildings <br /> <br />Parking in the ration of ! <br />space for each 200 square <br />feet of office space in <br />excess of one thousand <br />(!,000) sq. ft.
