to be known as the "Downtown District". The boundaries of <br />such district shall be established in accordance with the <br />Colonel Crawford CoK~non Downtown Revitalization Plan document <br />CP-78-2 and the specific boundary shall be filed and maintained <br />in the same manner required by section 40-118 of this chapter, <br />for other zoning maps. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-120. Downtown D-i District uses. <br /> <br />Within the Downtown D~I District the following uses <br />are allowed: ~ <br /> <br />All the uses listed in <br />subsection (a) and (b) <br />therein. <br /> <br />sec. 40-72 Corm~erciat C-3 District <br />with the conditions specified <br /> <br />Art studios, <br />Craft shops, workshops where hand tools are <br />Dwellings, multi-family, <br />Dwellings, single-family and townhouses, <br />Dwellings, two-family, <br />Elderly housing. <br /> <br />used, <br /> <br />Cb) <br /> <br />Within the Downtown D-1 District, the following <br />uses are permitted upon the granting of a certificate <br />of compatibility as provided in this article: <br /> <br />Clubs and other places of entertainment operated <br />as commercial enterprise; <br /> <br />Commercial and/or governmental radio and television <br />masts and associated transmission facility; <br /> <br />Convalescent and nursing homes and homes for the <br />care of children; <br /> <br />Day nurseries and kindergartens; <br /> <br />Dwellings above the ground floor in the structures <br />where the existing or proposed ground floor use is <br />other than residential~ <br /> <br />Group residence. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-121. <br /> <br />Downtown D-1 District dimensional requirements <br />and off hour parking requirements. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Within the Downtown D-1 District as shown on the <br />zoning map, all of the following dimensional re- <br />quirements shall be complied with: <br /> <br /> <br />
