AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 14-41 OP THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO INCREASING THE <br />SERVICE CHARGE FOR DUMPMASTER CONTAINERS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 14-41 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 14-41. Dumpmaster containers. <br /> <br /> (a) When any person provides a dumpmaster container <br />approved by the director of two (2), three (3), four (4), <br />six (6) or e!ght (8) cubic yard capacity, the minimum service <br />charge for each month shall be based upon the size of the <br />container and the number of collections provided each week <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Collections Capacity of Containers in Cubic Yards <br />Per Week 2 3 4 6 <br /> <br />28.00 $ 31.00 $ 34.00 $ 42.00 $ 50.00 <br />~2.O0 46.50 51.00 63.00 75.00 <br />56.00 62.00 68.00 84.00 100.OO <br />70.00 77.50 85.00 105.O0 125.O0 <br />84.00 93.00 102.O0 126.O0 150.00 <br /> <br /> (b) There shall be an additional charge for each extra <br />collection made in any one week based on the size of the container <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Capacit~ in cubic yards <br /> <br />Additional charge <br /> <br />2 $ 4.00 <br />3 5.
