AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CTTY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING ARTICLE IV BY ADDING THERETO, <br />SECTION 24-174 PERTAINING TO CHARGES FOR RESERVATION OF <br />PICNIC SHELTERS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Article IV of Chapter 24 of the Code of.the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, is amended by adding <br />%hereto Section 24-174 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-174. Charges for reservation of picnic shelters. <br /> <br /> Picnic shelters may be reserved at City Park and Church- <br />land Park upon payment of the reservation fee provided for in <br />Section 24-172. <br /> <br />2.
