AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 2~-lOO(b) PERTAINING <br />TO FEES AT SLEEPY HOLE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council Of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1.
