AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,170,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FU~rDFOR THE SLUDGE DISPOSAL WATER TREATMENT FACILITY AT <br />THE SUFFOLK WATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million, One Hundred Seventy <br />Thousand and O0/t00 ($1,170,000.)
