AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $135,000. FROM THE DEBT SERVICE <br />FUND FOR NOTE INTEREST ON BOND ~NTICIPATION NOTES FOR THE <br />BALANCE OF FY 79-80. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($135~000.)
