AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,O00. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR A PORTION OF THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE EXTENSION <br />OF VICTORY BOULEVARD FROM AIRLINE BOULEVARD TO PORTSMOUTH <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/1OO ($15,O00.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for a portion of the City's share of <br />the extension of Victory Boulevard from Airline Boulevard to <br />Portsmouth Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held April 8, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
