AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $212,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR EXTENSION OF PHILLIPS AVENUE (SYER ROAD) <br />FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS COMPOUND TO TURNPIKE ROAD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Twelve Thousand and <br />00/100 ($212,000.)
