Apprenticeship Act in the area of expertise for which certi- <br />fication is desired; (d) an Associate Degree in the area of <br />expertise for which certification is desired, and two (2). years <br />of practical experience in the specific area of expertise for <br />which certification is desired; (el Bachelor's Degree in the <br />study of engineering in a curriculum related to the area of <br />expertise for which certification is desired, and one (1) year <br />of practical eXPerience in the Specific area of expertise for <br />which certification is desired; _ (f) the applicant shall.be <br />the holder of a level one worker certificate. <br /> <br />. (b) <br /> <br />Examination fees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Level Two Worker $ 100.O0 <br />Level Two Worker (re-examination) 50.00 <br />Level One Worker 25.00 <br />Level One Worker (re-examination) 15~O0 <br /> <br /> ~(c) Renewal of Certificates 0f Competency: Am--nual fees' <br /> for the renewal of Certificate of Competency or Cards of Quali- <br /> fication, as the case may. be, shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> .Level ~O Worker :i $ 10.00 <br /> ~. Level On~ Worker ' :' ~ 5.00 <br /> <br /> Any certlf!cate not renewed within sixty (60) days after t <br /> end of the licens~Year for which the certificate was issued <br /> shall be void. The ahnuai certificate shall run from July 1st <br /> of each year to June 30th Of the3succeeding year. The holder <br /> thereof shall not be issued another certificate until~he shall <br /> have made application therefor as though the same were an <br /> original certificate. <br /> <br /> Revocation of Certificates ¢ : <br /> <br /> (Journeyman) Workers: Board of <br />~ the power-to revoke ~he ~ertificates of <br /> competency of any Level One (journeyman) worker, and it shall <br /> be' %he duty of the Board to do so in any case Where one or more <br /> of the following grounds shall exist; (a) mlsrepresentation <br /> of any material fact in the application for a certificate or <br /> its renewal;. (b) performance of-any etectrical,-mechanical, <br /> -or plumbing work in a negligent, incompetent or unworkmanlike <br /> manner; (c) violation of any provisions of this Cod~. <br /> <br /> (2) Level Two (Master) Workers: The Board of Examiners <br /> shall have the power to revoke the certificates of competency <br /> of any.
