(1) QUALIFICATIONS: The senior electrical inspector <br />and electrical inspectors shall have at least five (5) years <br />experience, each, as either an engineer, or a master elec- <br />trician, which term shall hereinafter be interchangeable <br />with and synonymous with the term "Electrical Worker Level <br />II", or as a journeyman electrician, whick term shall be <br />hereinafter interchangeable with the term "Electrical Worker <br />Level I" both of which are found in the State Code as described <br />above., and who must have received a certificate of proficiency <br />from either the City's Board of Examination of Electricians <br />or the State of Virginia. <br /> <br /> (d) DIVISION OF MECHANICAL INSPECTION: The division <br />of mechanical inspection shall be supervised by the senior <br />mechanical inspector, who shall have such assistants as may <br />from time to time, be authorized by the City Manager and <br />appointed by the building official.
