AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15~0OO. FROM THE CAPITAL IFiPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR A PORTION OF THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE DESIGN, <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF THE WEST NORFOLK BRIDGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of ~the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Pifteen Thousand and OO/100 ($15,0OO.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for a portion of the City's share of <br />the design, right-of-way and construction costs of the West <br />Norfolk Bridge. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held November 24, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
