AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1981-66 PERTAINING TO <br />ZONING AMENDMENT NO. Z-81-9. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council.of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Ordinance No. 1981-66 (Zoning Amendment Ordi- <br />nance Z-81-9) be amended by extending the expiration date <br />provided in Paragraphs 3 (b) and (j) therein from December <br />t, 1981 until July 1, 1982. All other conditions imposed <br />upon the ~use of the property as provided in said Ordinance <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 2.
