<br />Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to read as follows:

<br />(a) In the case of a combination of a truck or tractor truck
<br />and a %railer or semi-trailer, each vehicle constituting a part of
<br />such combination shall be registered as a separate vehicle, and
<br />separate vehicle plates or decals shall be issued therefore, but,
<br />for the purpose of determining that gross weight group in~o which
