AN ORDINANCE 3~[ENDING SECTION 14-5 (a) OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO CHARGES <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 14-5 (a) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, be amended and reordained to read as <br />follow, s: <br /> <br /> (a) B~enever incinerable refuse is brought to the City <br />incinerator by persons other than residents with refuse from <br />their personal premises, a fee of eleven dollars and seventy- <br />five cents ($11.75) per ton, or a minimum fee of six dollars <br />and fifty cents ($6.50) per load shall be charged for the <br />service. <br /> <br />2. This ordinance shall take effect as of July 1, 1983. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held May 4, 1983. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
