VIRGINIA, 1973, BY ~[ENDING SECTION 24-100 (b) PERTAINING TO <br />FEES AT PORTS-~IOUTH SLEEPY HOLE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 24-100 (b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, 1973, be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-100. Fees. <br /> <br /> ~-ny person desiring to play golf shall first apply to <br />the caretaker of the golf course and pay, before starting <br />to play, the following fees: <br /> <br />(b) At Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course: <br /> <br />9 holes - Weekdays ................... 3.50 <br />18 holes - Weekdays .................. 5.00 <br />Additional 9 or 18 holes-Weekdays ..... 1.50 <br />9 holes - ~eekends and holidays ...... 4.00 <br />18 holes - Weekends and holidays ..... 6.00 <br />Annual membership fpayable mn <br />a~vance) ........ <br /> 75.00 <br />Book of tickets- 20 - 18 holes anytime 80.00 <br />Senior citizen- 18 holes -Weekdays <br />only ............................... 3.00 <br />Primary and secondary school students- :- <br />Weekdays only ...................... 3.00 <br />Golf ca~t rentals - 9 holes .......... 5.00 <br />Golf cart rentals - 18 holes ......... 10.00 <br /> <br />2.
