(c) Up to ten (10) individual cuts may be included on <br />. ___cu~e_p~ ~ ~ ~ ~ .~~ la~~ one--s~ePa~e yarC--in <br /> area, all such cuts are within three hundred (300) linear <br /> feet along any one street, the inclusion of additional cuts <br /> will not increase the inspection services required for any <br /> one cut and all such cubs will be able to be repaved or re- <br /> surfaced at one time. For each such permit issued, charges <br /> for repaying or resurfacing will be levied based on the <br /> schedule contained in subsection (b) prorated to the nearest <br /> one-tenth (1/10) of a square yard for the total area involved. <br /> <br /> 2.
