AN ORDINANCE TO A_~LEND SECTION 32-48 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO SCHEDULE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That Seotion 32-48 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to read as follows: Section 32-48. Schedule of fees and charges. ('a) For each perra±t issued an inspection fee of nine dollars ($9.00) plus sixty cents ~$0.60) per square yard will be charged, except that the fee for utility poles will be six dollars ($6.00) per pole.
