AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 40-135 (k), 40-136 (k), <br />40-137 (q) AND 40-138 (O) THEREOF, PERTAINING TO RESIDENTIAL <br />DIMENSIONAL REQUIRF~ENTS IN ZONING DISTRICTS R-150, R-lO0, <br />R-75, R-75-S, OR-75, R-60 ~ND R-60-A. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 40-135 (k), 40-136 (k), 40-137 <br />and 40-138 (o) be adopted to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 40-135. Residential R-150 District Dimensional <br /> Requirements. <br /> <br /> (k) Minimum required floor area for a dwelling unit <br />exclusive of garages and patios: Fifteen Hundred (1,500) <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Section 40-136. Residential R-lO0 District Dimensional <br /> Requirements. <br /> <br /> (k) Minimum required floor area for a ~welling unit <br />exclusive of garages and patios: One Thousand (1000) square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Section 40z137. <br /> <br />of the Citv of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> (q) , <br /> <br />Residential R-75, Residential R-75-S and <br />Office Residential 0R-75 Districts Dimensional <br />Requirements. <br /> <br /> [q) Minimum required floor area for a dwelling unit <br />exclusive cf garages and patios: Seven Hundred and Fifty (750) <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Section 40-138. Residential R-60 and Residential R-60-A District <br /> Dimensional Requirements. <br /> <br /> (o) Minimum required floor area for a dwelling unit <br />exclusive of garages and patios: Six Hundred (600) square feet. <br /> <br /> 2.
