In C-2 Zoning <br />Districts, no off-premises sign shall be established within <br />five hundred (500) feet of any other off-premises sign on <br />the same side of the street. <br /> <br />Section 40-290. Dimensional and setback requirements <br /> on-premises signs. <br /> <br /> For all on premises signs, the fgllowing dimensional <br />and setback requirements shall apply: <br /> <br /> (a) The maximum advertising display area for on <br />premises signs shall be one square foot per linear foot of <br />street frontage of the zoning lot; provided however, no <br />individual sign may exceed one hundred twenty-five (125) <br />square feet per face. <br /> <br /> (b) No ground or above ground sign shall be set back <br />any closer than seven (7) feet from any existing public <br />right-of-way.
