Section 40-287. Use permit required. <br /> <br /> No person shall erect, alter, repair or relocate any <br />sign requiring a use permit without first having obtained a <br />use permit therefor, pursuant to the procedures and re- <br />quirements set forth in 340-67 of this Code. The issuance of <br />a use permit shall not be construed as waiving the requirements <br />for obtaining any building, electrical, or other permits <br />required under this Code. <br /> <br />Section 40-288.
