(j) Institutional signs or bulletin boards, one per <br />public street frontage, setting forth or denoting the <br />name of any public, charitable or religious institution <br />when located on the premises of such institution and provided <br />the size and height do not exceed eighteen (18) square feet <br />and six (6) feet respectively; <br /> <br /> (k) Portable real estate "open house" signs located <br />in residential zoning districts only, directing the public <br />to residential units for sale provided that: <br /> <br /> ~1) Such signs <br />in area or be over three <br />in the following manner: <br /> <br />do not exceed three (3) square feet <br />(3) feet in height and are displayed <br /> <br />way ~ <br /> <br />(a) No sign may be placed in the public right- <br /> <br /> (b) No more than two (2) signs at any one <br />intersection for the same "open house" address shall be placed; <br /> <br /> (c) Sign copy shall be limited to "Open House" <br />with directional arrow and identity of the owner of the sign; <br /> <br /> (d) The sign shall only be displayed on <br />Saturdays, Sundays and state and federally-observed holidays <br />from sunup to sundown; and <br /> <br /> (e) Permission has been obtained from the <br />property owner,s) on which such sign(s) are located. <br /> <br /> (1) Yard o~ garage sale signs displayed on the premises <br />of such sale. No such sign is permitted elsewhere and if <br />displayed, may be removed by the City. The cost of such <br />removal will be charged to the occupaDt of the property on <br />which the yard or garage sale is conducted. <br /> <br /> (m) Construction signs denoting the name of the developer(s)', <br /> builder(s), architect(s), contractor(s), lending institution(s), <br /> together with other information, provided the size of the <br /> advertising display area does not exceed twenty-four (24) square <br /> feet per lot in residential zoning districts and thirty-two <br /> (52) square feet per lot in industrial or commercial zoning <br />'districts. <br /> <br /> (n) Political campaign signs, including posters, banners, <br />writings, pictures, paintings, lights, models, displays, <br />emblems, notices, illustrations, insignias, symbols, and <br />any other advertising devices, the purpose of which is to <br />announce and propagate the candidacy of any person or persons <br />seeking public elected office when such signs are displayed <br />out-of-doors, provided such signs are erected no more than <br />ninety ~0) calendar days before and removed fifteen (15) <br />days after the election date.
