The above described property represents that <br />which is proposed to be rezoned to R-100-K and contains <br />an area of approximately !Q8.8 acres. <br /> <br />PARCEL 3 (R-150-K} <br /> <br /> R-150-K zoning is proposed for the perimeter <br />of the property under consideration and generally <br />follows the edge of marsh on both sides of the <br />point along a curved line described in the R-100-K <br />zoning above and located approximately 200 to 300 <br />feet off the edge of the marsh. The zoning starts <br />on Hoffler Creek Lane at a distance of approximately <br />1,950-feet northwes~ of the intersection of Twin <br />Pines Road and Hoffler Creek Lane and continues <br />around the outboard side of the property in a <br />northerly and thence in a southerly direction to a <br />point in the center line of the existing earth dam <br />as described in the R-100-K zoning above, the limit <br />of zoning for the R-150-K then continues from the <br />center line Of the earth dam in a'no~theasterly <br />direction a distance of approximately 250 feet to <br />a point in the east priperty line of the property <br />under consideration; said point is also on a common <br />property line with property now or formerly belonging <br />to Trofnuan. The outboard property line limit for <br />the R-150-K zoning then continues in a northerly <br />direction along the center line of an existing <br />creek and along a common boundary with Trotman to <br />its intersection with a branch of Hoffler's Creek. <br />The zoning limit for R-150-K then continues in a <br />northwesterly direction approximately 1,600 feet along <br />the center of the Hoffler's Creek branch and along a <br />common boundary now or formerly belonging to the <br /> J. W. Ballard Estate; the proposed boundary then runs <br /> along the property line forming the west boundary <br /> of the property under consideration and along various <br /> courses a distance marking the center line of Hoffler's <br /> Creek to a point with its intersection with Hoffler <br /> Creek Lane Extended; the ii~e thence continues in a <br /> southeasterly direction along the center line of <br /> Hoffler Creek Lane Extended, a distance of approxi- <br /> mately 670 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> The~ above described property represents that <br />proposed for R-150-K zoning and contains an area of <br />approximately 86.7 acres. <br /> <br /> <br />
