proposed common boundary between the aforementioned <br />R-75-K zoning and the proposed R-100-K zoning; thence <br />in a northwesterly direction around several curves, <br />a distance of approximately 1,~50 feet to a point. <br />This line is a common boundary between the R-75-K <br />and the R-100-K zoning; thence continuing in a <br />northwesterly direction around several curves, <br />a distance of approximately 700 feet to a point; <br />thence continuing generally in a northerly and <br />northeasterly direction around numerous curves <br />to the right and to the left which generally <br />follow the edge of marsh on the west side of the <br />property under Considerate. on and at a distance of <br />approximately 200 to 300 feet' east of the marsh. <br />The line continues around numerous curves to a <br />point at the most nor~her!y end of the property <br />which ±s located approximately 1,100 feet south of <br />a sa/~ll existing dock and at the beginning of a <br />peninsula which forms the northern point of the <br />property; the line continues around a sharp c~rve <br />to the right and follows approximately 200 to 300 <br />feet along the edge of marsh which is located on <br />the east side of the property and it continues to run <br />in a soutkerly d±rection until it intersects a llne <br />which marks the direction of an existing earth dam <br />forming t~e north end of a lake; thence continuing <br />in a northeasterly direction a distance of approxi- <br />mately 300 feet and along the center line of the <br />existing earth da~ to a poSnt; thence continuing <br />in a northeasterly direction a distance of approxi- <br />mately 250 feet to a point in the east property <br />line of the property under consideration and in the <br />center line of an existing creek; thence continuing <br />in a southeasterly direction along a common boundary <br />line with property now or formerly belonging to <br />Trotman, a distance of 544 feet; thence continuing <br />along the common property line with Trotman in a <br />southwesterly direction, a distance of 900.42 feet <br />to a point; thence continuing along the common property <br />line with Trotman in a southeasterly direction, a <br />distance of 331.52 feet to a point; thence continuing <br />in a southeasterly direction, a distance of 178.51 <br />feet to a point; t~hence southeasterly direction <br /> 254.83 feet to a point; thence south 70~ 03' 02" <br /> east, a distance of 382.04 feet to a point located <br /> in the northwestern right-of-way line of Twin Pines <br /> Road; thence continuing along the northwestern <br /> right-of-way line of Twin Pines Road, a distance <br /> of approximately 1,050 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> <br />
