ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-83-16 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth: <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Plan Unit Development PUD-72-2, <br />the property described in .Petition to Zoning Amendment No. Z-83-!6, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show Parcel 1 of said <br />property zoned as Residential R-75-K (Conditional), Parcel 2 of <br />said property zoned as Residential R-100-K (Conditional), and <br />Parcel 3 of said property zoned as Residential R-150-K (Con- <br />ditional) <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL I (R-75-K) <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a poiDt in the north right-of- <br />way line of Twin Pines Road at Hoffler Creek Lane~ <br />and thence running in a northwesterly direction <br />along the east right-of-way line of Hoffler Creek <br />Lane, a distance of approximately 1,950 feet to a <br />point; thence running in a northerly direction along <br />the center line of the proposed right-of-way, a <br />distance of approximately 450 feet to a point; <br />thence running in an easterly direction along a <br />curved line, a distance of approximately 700 feet <br />to a point; thence continuing in a southerly and <br />southeasterly direction around a curve to the <br />left and along the common proposed boundary between <br />R-75-K zoning and R-1OO-K zoning, a distance of <br />approximately 1,850 feet to a point in the north <br />right-of-way line of Twin Pines Road; thence con- <br />tinuing in a southwesterly direction along the <br />North right-of-way line of Twin Pines Road, a <br />distance of approximately 430 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning. <br /> <br /> The above described property represents the <br />proposed R-75-K zoning and contains an area of <br />approximately 19.5 acres.
