AN ORDINANCE TO ~4END THE CODE O? THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, AS A~4ENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 40-72 (a) <br />AND (b) THEREOF, PERTAINING TO ASSEMBLY HALLS IN CO~f~_ERCIAL <br />C-3 DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />1973, be amended by deleting from subparagraph (a) <br />40-72, the following described use: <br /> <br />Virginia, <br />of subsection <br /> <br /> (a) Assembly halls, coliseums, gymnaniums, stadiums and <br />similar structures. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by including in subparagraph (b) of subsection <br />40-72 the following described use: <br /> <br /> (b) Assembly halls, coliseum_ls, gymnasium, s, stadiums, and <br />similar structures. <br /> <br /> 3.
