AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 21 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, BY A~DING THERETO SECTION 21-127.1 <br />PERTAINING TO DAMAGING OR DEFACING PUBLIC PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT-ORDAINED by the. Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 21-127.1 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be adopted to read 'as follows: <br /> <br />Section 21-127.1. Damaging or defacing public property. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to'willfully and <br />maliciously damage or deface any real or personal property <br />owned or operated or maintained by the City of Portsmouth. <br />This includes but is not limited to parks, playgrounds, <br />playflelds, recreation facilities, public buildings and <br />facilities and fixtures thereof, and any ~er$onal property <br />thereon. <br /> <br /> 2.
