Levine t~ve made <br />application to vacate and close that portion of Glasgow Street lying <br />between Water Street and the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River, <br />and it appearing that notice of the application and request' for the <br />appointment of viewers was duly posted 6n Septeuber 13, 1~66, on the <br />bulletin board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on <br />the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, and <br />on the bulletin board of the ~,~unicipal Court of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NCW, TH~P,W.~ BE IT RESOLVED by the ccunciI of the City' of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Grs~zdon B. Meginley, James V. McGehee, <br />Frank N. Bilisoly, Holt W. Butt. Jr., and L. A.
