RESOLUTION G~'ING A USE PE~2~Z[T FOR T}~ CONSTRUCTION A~rD OPERATION OF A SEWW~RAGE PtDYPING STATION ON PROPm~RTY IN THE C~0RCP2~hX~D ~ST SUB- DMSION, UP-68-26. WHERK&S, James V. Bickford has filed an. application pursusnt to Section 4-2 of the ZoniDg Ordins-nce of the City of Portsmouth, 1961~ for the granting of a use per~dt as hereinafter described; and YgHL~REAS, the applica~, t, the Pis-rifling Director and the City Manager have done all things required ~o be done in connection with said. application, s_nd the Pls-nning Co~ssion has reco~ended the granting of said use pe~dt, subject to the conditions hereinsfter stated. NOW, T~HER-~W-ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Co~mncil 'of tlne City of Portsmouth~ Virginia: T~nat the use for which the use permit hereinafter described is sought (1) will not~ adversely affect the health or safety of oersons residiD~ or work- lng in the neighborhood of the proposed use, (2) ~11 not be detr~nental to the public welfare or irgm~ious to property or imorovements in the neighborhood, e~d (3) Will be in accord ~th the purposes of said Zoning OrdJmance. That James V. BickJord is hereby granted a use permit~ subjec~ to site plan restrictions~ pur- su~_nt to Section ~-2 of said Zoning Ordin~nce~ for the construction and operation of a sewerage p~mping station on property ~m the subdivision of Churchlsa~d West and more particularly described as follows: Begirmin~ at a point on the rear property line of properties fronting~gnoliaDrive 8pproximately 715 feet south of its intersection with To~e Point Road; thence southeast 86.56 feet to a point; thence northeast 43.65 feet to a proposed street; thence south 15~15 feet along ssid street; thence southwest 142.07 feet to the rear property line of properties fronting Magnolia Drive; thence northeast 53.33 feet along said line to the point of origin.
