RESOLUTION C~DING ~R, CK&N~L~R HARPER <br />UPON HIS ELEOTION TO T~Z H73LL OF F.~da~ OF <br />THE PROFESSIOI~'~kL C~OLDEN C~OLFER'S ASSOCIATION. <br /> <br /> Whereas, M~] Chandler Harper has been honored by his fellow <br />golfers mad the Professional C~lfer's Associatioh by his election to <br />The Hal~'of Pame of the Professional Golden Golfer's Association. <br /> Whereas, such an honor has been accorded to only 30 other <br />golfers. <br /> <br /> Whereas, M~r. Harper's many outstandir~ accomplishments as <br />a.golfer and this latest high honor have broug~t national fame and <br />~ecognition to the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> N~w, %~nerefor~, Be It Resolved by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that ~r.
