t0 A RESOLb~ION GRkNTING A U~' P~i[T FOR THE OPERATION OF SM AUTOb~rf/VE SERVICE STATION AT THE CORNER OF · VICTORY AND DEEP CREE~ BOULEVARDS, UP-70-2. WHEREAS, Tinee Giant Properties Corporatimu has made an ap- plication pursumnt to Section 4-2 of the .Zoning Ordinance of the city of.Portsn~uth, 1961, for the granting ora use permit as herei~er described; and WHEREAS~ the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things required to be done in connection ~th said application, and the Planning ~ommission has recommended the granting of said use permit, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the Council of the ~ ty of Portsmouth, 1 gjnla; That the use for which the use permit herein- after described is sought (1) will not ad- versely affect the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neigbf0orhood of the proposed use, (2) will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood, and (3) will be in accord with the purposes of said Zoning Ordinance. That Tinee Giant Properties Corporation is here- by granted a use permit, subject to site plan restrictions, pursuant to Section 4-2 of said Zoning Ordinmnce, for the operation of sm_ auto- motive seN,~ce station located on the property described as follows: Begin~ at the southeast corner of Victory Boulevard and Deep Creek Boulevs_rd; thence running East along Victory Boulevard 100 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence. West 112 feet to Deep ~Creek Boule- vard; thence North along said street approximately 150 feet to the point of origin.
