RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING OF A PORTION OF HULL STREET BETWEEN BAGLEY STREET AND FREDERICK BOULEVARD FOR A DIS- TANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET. WHEREAS, Felix Sparks, Jr., Ida Sparks, and John Thomas have made application to vacate and close the herein- after described portion of a certain street and it appearing that notice of the application and request for the appointment of viswers was duly posted on November 12, 1971, on the bulle- tin board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on the Virginia Electric and Power Company pole number 9121 at the northeast corner of Hull and Bagley Streets, and on the Virginia Electric and Power Company pole number 9064 at the north side of Hull Street west of Bagley Street in front of subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, L. A. Clarke, Luther Tapp, James Choate and Loyed W. Gardner, be ap- pointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of such street and report to this council in writing whether in their opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience would result from vacating and closing the following: BEGINNING at a point where the southern boundary line of lot 336 as shown on the Plat of North Truxton intersects the east side of Bagley Street; thence running easterly a distance of 95 feet to a point; thence running southerly a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence running westerly a distance of 100 feet to a point on the east side of Bagley Street; thence run- ning northerly along the east side of Bagley Street a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.
