Details are shown on the <br />site plan filed with the Zoning Officer, <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Ail signs to be authorized, other than those <br />inside the building, or attached against the <br />face of the building, or situated on the <br />roof of the building, or attached to the <br />fuel pumps, are specified herein by the <br />Applicant and incorporated in the site <br />plan addendum to which reference is made <br />in this Use Permit. The use of additional <br />signs, streamers, blinking lights, strings <br />of pedants, curb-side signs and the like, <br />is expressly prohibited, <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Any use of the premises for purposes other <br />than those normally associated with the <br />conduct of an automotive service station <br />shall be expressly outlined by the applicant <br />in the process of obtaining his Use Permit, <br />and noted therein by City Council. This does <br />not apply to operations conducted entirely <br />within the building.
