A RESOLUTION GP3~NTING APPROVAL FORA GROUP HOUSING PROJECT PURSUANT 70 SECTION 3-26 OF Ti{E ZONING ORDINANCE, SUCH PRO- JECT BE!NC KNOWN AS PF2~ApAR~,~S~po~ ~ · ~ND DESIGNATED AS GR-P~ ~DUS~z~-t~Q73% ¥'~EREAS, PesDhtree Associates an.d its agent~ Ben ~ - ~ have made ap- placation pursua~-~ to S~o~-~ne Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the granting of approval for a ~roup housin~ p~oject kno~ as ~e~t~e A~ts, Po~3.th~ ~gL~ (GHP- 72~2 ) ~ and WHEREAS, the application for same has been determlned by the Planning Commission to have met the requirements of said Section 3-26~ and ~EREAS~ the Planning Commission has reviewed plicatioo and the site plan submitted therewith and has ed approval of said application; and such ap- recommend- $~REAS, the developer has been informed that approval of a group housing project pursuant to said Section 3-26 grants only an exemption from certain dimensional requirements for residences as stated in the appropriate section of Article 5 and does not constitute a waiver of any other requirements em- bodied in th~ Subdivision Ordinance~ the Zoning Ordinance~ the Code of the City cZ Portsmouth and any other applicable state~ or federal laws; and ~EREAS, the developer is aware that bux!a_n~ permits and/or any other required permits will be issued only upon com- pliance with ordinances or laws applicable thereto.
