55 RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING TWO PORTIONS OF SOUTH STREET WHICH AR~. LOCATED BETWEEN COURT STREET AND CRAWFORD STREET. WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has made application to vacate and close the hereinafter described portions of a certain street and it appearing that notice of the application and request for the appointment of viewers was duly posted on June 12, 1973, on the bulletin board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, and on the bulletin board of the Municipal Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, James V. McGehee, Raymond Tweed, Zalmon I. Blachman and James L. Choate, be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portions of such street and report to this Council inwriting whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience would result from vacating and closing the following: Parcel A All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and comprising that portion of South Street located between the eastern right of way line of Court Street and the western right of way line of Middle Street (a portion of which is now known as Wavy Street). Parcel B Ail that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and comprising that portion of South Street located between the eastern right of way line of Middle Street [a por- tion of which is now known as Wavy Street) and the western right of way line of Craw- ford Street.
