56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF MARKET <br />STREET LOCATED BETWEEN MIDDLE STREET AND HAWKINS STREET. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority <br />has made application to vacate and close the hereinafter described <br />portion of a certain street and .it appearing that notice of the <br />application and request, for theappointment' of viewers was duly <br />posted on June 12, 1973, on the bulletin board of the Court of <br />Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of <br />the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, and on the bulletin <br />board of the Municipal Court, Civil Division of the City of Ports- <br />mouth. ' <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, James V. <br />McGehee, Raymond Tweed, Zalmon I. Blachman and James L. Choate, <br />be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion <br />of such street and report to this Council in writing whether in <br />their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience would result <br />from vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that certain piece or parcel of land <br />lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and comprising that portion of <br />Market Street located between the .eastern <br />right of way line of Middle Street'and the <br />western right of way line of Hawkins Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held June 26, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
