42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESIGN FOR THE NEW WEST NORFOLK BRIDGE, <br />RT. 164, PROJECT 0164-124-101, PE-101, RW-201, C501, B601. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Highways and the <br />City of Portsmouth propose to construct a new West Norfolk Bridge <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Portsmouth and have <br />prepared design plans for the same, designated as Rt. 164 (West <br />Norfolk Bridge), Project 0164-124-101, PE-101, RW-201, C501, <br />B601; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 1973, the Virginia Department of <br />Highways held a public hearing on said design plans as required <br />by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said project design plans have now been <br /> submitted to the Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the design plans for Rt. 164 <br /> (West Norfolk Bridge), Project 0164-124-101, PE-101, RW-201, <br /> C501, B601 as presented at the .aforesaid public hearing is here- <br /> by approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that <br /> careful consideration be given to all <br /> public hearing or received during the <br /> said public hearing. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of'Portsmouth, Vir- <br /> ginia, at a meeting held June 12, 1973. <br /> <br />the Council recommends that <br />comments presented at said <br />prescribed period following <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
