A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ~NAGER TO ADVERTISE AND RECEIVE <br />BIDS FOR CERTAIN CITY-O~ED PROPERTY (BRADFORD TERRACE LOTS). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, tke City of Portsmouth currently owns a parcel <br />of land located at the northeast corner of Bradford Terrace and <br />GutP~ie Streets; and <br /> ~EREAS, this parcel is more fully identified as Parcel <br />2 as shown on Tax Plate 64~ on file in the Office of the City <br />Assessor, the said parcel being comprised of Lots 1 through 6; <br />and <br /> WHEREASt the City of Portsmouth has no further need for <br /> sa~d parcels and they are, tkerefore~ surplus property and have <br /> been so declared by the Planning Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ that the City ~.~nager be, and he <br /> h~reby ~s~ authorized to advertise and receive bids for the here- <br /> inabove described property on such terms and subject to such mini- <br /> mum bid restrictions as he may deem proper. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br /> ginia, at a meeting held October 9'~ 1973. <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
