A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PErMiT FOR THE OPERATION OF A SEWAGE <br />PUMPING STATION NEAR LARKSPUR ROAD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Renee Warren has made application through <br />Director of Public utilities P- J- Brady, pursuant to Section 4-2 <br />of the Zoning ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the <br />granting of a use permit as hereinafter described; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have <br />done all things required to be done in connection with said ap- <br />plication, and the Planning Commission has recommended that such <br />use permit be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of Portsmouth, Virglnla: <br /> A. That the use for which the use permit hereinafter <br /> described is sought (i) will not adversely affect the health or <br /> safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the <br /> proposed use, (2) will not be detrimental to the public welfare <br /> or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood, <br /> and (3) will be in accord with the purposes of said Zoning ordi- <br /> nance. <br /> B. That M~s. Renee Warren is hereby granted a use <br /> permit pursuant to Section 4-2 of said Zoning Ordinance for the <br /> operation of a sewage pumping suation located on the property <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the southern right of <br /> way line of Larkspur Road approximately 196 feet <br /> east of the southeast corner of Gentle and Lark- <br /> spur Roads; thence south along a rear property. <br /> line approxk~ateiy 75 feet; thence east approxz- <br /> mately 50 feet; thence north approximately 75 <br /> feet; thence west approximately 50 feet to the <br /> <br />ginia, at <br /> <br />point of or~g~n. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of <br />a meeting held October 8, <br /> <br />the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
