he hereby <br />Authority <br />and <br /> <br />North 23°39'32'' East 4'6.12 feet; thence <br />running North 5°22' East 76.2 feet; thence <br />running North 11°25'3O" West 126.26 feet; <br />thence running Westerly along the arc of a <br />curve to the left, said curve having a radius <br />of 470.0 feet, a distance of 40.38 feet; thence <br />running South 82° 35' West 53.37 feet; thence <br />running ~orth 6°40'30'' East 1075.11 feet to the <br />Pierhead Lane for the Western Branch of the <br />Elizabeth River; thence following the Pierhead <br />Line North 88°54'50'' East 580.0 feet to a <br />point of intersection of the Pierhead Line of <br />the Elizabeth River; thence running along the <br />last mentioned Pierhead Line south 50°19'54" <br />East 700.85 feet to a point of ~ntersect~o <br />with the Northwestern right of way line of <br />Elizabeth River Tunnel District; thence run- <br />ning South 45"25'10'' West 1151.39 feet to <br />a point; thence running North 44°34'50'' West <br />3.0 feet to a point; thence running South <br />45-25'10'~ West 230.79 feet to the said point <br />of beginning. The aforedescribed property <br />is subject to a right of way crossing said <br />property owned by Virginia Port Authority <br />for two certain industrial railroad spur <br />lines the northern most railroad spur line <br />having a right of way 30 feet on either side <br />of the centerline of said track, and the <br />southern most railroad spur line having a right <br />of way which is 17.5 feet on either side o~f <br />the centerline of said track. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and <br />Ks, authorized to receive from the Virginia Port <br />a reconveyance of a properly described parcel of land; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and <br />he hereby is, authorized to complete all transactions and execute <br />all documents incident to such conveyances. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgin2. <br />at a meeting held September 25, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
