65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF <br />GRIFFIN STREET BETWEEN FIFTH STREET AND THE SEABOARD COAST- <br />LINE RAILROAD TRACKS (S-73-i1). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John J. Kelley Corporation and Rank Associates <br />have made application to vacate and close the hereinafter de- <br />scribed portion of a certain street and it appearing that notice <br />of the application and request for the appointment of viewers <br />was duly posted on May 17, 1973, on the bulletin board of the <br />Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on the bulletin <br />board~of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, on the <br />bulletin board of the Municipal Court, Civil Division, of the <br />City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, James V. <br />McGehee, Raymond Tweed, Louis J. Leitner and James L. Choate, <br />be appointed viewers to v~ew the hereinafter described portion <br />of such street and report to this Council in writing whether <br />in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience would <br />result from vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that certain piece or parcel of land <br />lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, and comprising that portion of Griffin <br />Street located between the eastern right of way <br />of Fifth Street and the right of way of the <br />Seaboard Coastline Railroad Company. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held July 24, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
