71 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A~IENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE NORTHSIDE RED~YELOPMENT PROJECT, VA. R-39. <br /> <br /> WheREAS, this Council by resolution adopted August <br />9, 1966, approved the Redevelopment Plan for the Northside Re- <br />development Project~ No. 1~ Va. R-39~ Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />adopted by the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ by resolution duly adopted July 22, 1975~ <br />said P~rtsmouth Redevelopment and t{ousing Authority adopted <br />~endment No~ 3 to said Plan; and <br /> <br /> W~R~AS~ the amendment has been carefully reviewed by <br />this Council and said Redevelopment Plan, as amended, conforms <br />to the general plan for development of the City as a whole; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ in the judgment of this Council, it is in <br />the interest of the City and its inhabitants that said Amend- <br />ment be approved. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, that said Redevelopment Plan, as <br />amended, dated July, 1975, for the aforementioned Project, <br />having been duly reviewed and considered is hereby approved~ and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the City Clerk be, and he <br />is hereby directed to file a copy of the amended Redevelopment <br />Plan with the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia~ at a m~eting held July 22~ 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
