A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T~E ACCEPTANCE OF A.~CONVEYA/qCE OF A RIGHT <br />OF ENTRY TO PARCEL 2, BLOCK 3, IN THE OLDE TO~E CONSERVATION PRO- <br />JECT VA. R-49 TO THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH BY PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT <br />AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for this right of entry <br />to be granted to allow construction of a parking lot. <br /> <br /> NOW, T~LEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager is authorized <br />to accept a conveyance of a right of entry to Parcel 2, Block 3, <br />in the Olde Towne Conservation Project Va.
