A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH EMERGENCY OPERATIONS <br />PLAN. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Portsmouth, <br />in the event of a disaster or emergency, to be prepared to deal <br />with health and welfare needs of its citizens. ~- <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it does adopt the City of Ports- <br />mouth Emergency Operations Plan attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 8, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
