6O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEW~RS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF JARMAN <br />AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Au- <br />thority has made application to vacate and close the herein- <br />after described portion of a certain street and it appearing <br />that notice of the application and request for the appoint- <br />ment of viewers was duly posted on May 16, 1975 on the bulle- <br />tin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, <br />City Hall Building, and the General District Court, Civil <br />Division of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouthw Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoty~ Zalmon <br />Blachman, C. L. Robinson, P~bert Reed and Char!ie Hudgins be <br />appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion <br />of such street and report to this Council in %~riting whether <br />in their opinion any~ and if any~ what inconvenience would re- <br />sult from vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that certain lot, piece or parcel of <br />land situate in the City of Ports~uth, Vir- <br />giniat comprising that portion of Jarman Ave- <br />nue which lies northerly of Seaguard Avenue <br />(formerly Moorview Avenue, be%ween Lots 25~ <br />26, 27 and 28 as shown on the plat entitled <br />"Revised Subdivision o~ Portsmouth Acres" <br />duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, ~ <br />Virginia, in Map Book 35, at page 99.
