A RESOLUTION COnteNDING DOUGLAS B. FUGATE, COMMISSIONER OF <br />THE DEPARTM~T OF HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE CO~ON- <br />W~ALTH OF VIRGINIA FOR BEING SELECTED O~.~ OF THE TOP TEN PUBLIC <br />WORKS MEN OF THE YEAR tN THE UNITED STATES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Douglas B. Fugate has been honored in be- <br />ing selected as one of the top ten Public Works men in the United <br />States; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth con- <br />gratulates Douglas Bo Fugate for such honor. <br /> <br /> NOWr THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it co~ends Douglas H. Fugate, <br />Commissioner of the Department of Highways and Transportation of <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia~ for his salection as being one of <br />the top ten Public Works men of the year in the United States. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution <br />be forwarded to Douglas B.
