A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE LAND USE PLAN OF THE <br />MT. HERMON CONSERVATION AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, VA. R-69 BY <br />CHANGING ALLOWABLE LAND USES IN CERTAIN DESIGNATED ARF~.s FROM <br />STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO RESIDENTIAL REUSE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the staff of the Portsmouth Redevelopment <br />and Housing Authority has. recommended certain amendments to <br />the Land Use Plan for the Mt. Hermon Conservation and Redevelop- <br />ment Project; and - <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the staff of the Planning Department of the <br />City of Portsmouth has recommended such amendments; and <br /> <br /> ?~/EREAS, the Planning Commission-has recommeded such <br />amendments. <br /> <br /> NOW, Tt~REFORE, BE IT -RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it approves the amendment to <br />the Land Use Plan for the Mt. Hermon Conservation and Redevelop- <br />ment Project, Va. R-69 by changing allowable land uses in cer- <br />tain designated areas from street right-of-way to residential <br />reuse. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held May 13, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
