4O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUHHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A LICENSE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH GRANTING TO <br />HONEYWELL INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INC., A LICENSE TO USE CERTAIN <br />SOFTWARE DEVELOPED BY THE DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that it authorizes the City Manager to sign <br />a license agreement on behalf of the City of Portsmouth grant- <br />ing Honeywell Information Systems, Inc., a license to use <br />certain software developed by the Data Processing Department of <br />the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 13, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
