39 <br /> <br />A.RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF CITIZENS FROM THE CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH TO AN ADVISORY COmmITTEE TO THE COUNCILS OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH AND THE CITY OF NORFOLK WHICH ADVISORY COMMITT- <br />EE IS KNOWN AS THE OVER-ALL ECONOMIC D~VELOPMENT PROGRAM COMMITTEE <br />WHICH ADVISORY COMMITTEE WILL TAKE PART IN THE PLAN AND IMPLEMEN- <br />TATION OF A JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that it ratifies the appointment of citizens <br />from the City of Portsmouth to an Advisory~Committee to the <br />Councils of the City of Portsmouth and the City of Norfolk which <br />Advisory Committee is known as the Over-all Economic Development <br />Program Committee which Advisorv Committee will take part in the <br />plan and implementation of a joint Economic Development Plan. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of such Economic <br />Development Citizens Committee from the City of Portsmouth shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />'Ramon E.
